The Business department  prepares annual operating budget; maintains investment portfolio; administers capitol outlay program; establishes and manages insurance program for group insurance, liability insurance, automobile insurance; supervises all aspects of the general ledger accounting system for general fund and all other state and Federal funds; supervises payroll; prepares and submits annual financial report to state; and provides needed financial information to the Superintendent and the board.
