Immunization reminder!

Reminder: The timeframe for immunization updates or waivers is coming to a close. If your child’s immunization records are not updated by Tuesday, November 12, 2019, then your child may be excluded from school.

Requirements:

New Entrance into school: Pre-K, Kindergarten
Ages of 11 and 16
