Superintendent Search

The Zachary Community School Board (ZCSB) is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as its next Superintendent of Schools and to carry forth the standard of excellence it has established over the last sixteen (16) years as the top-rated public school system in the State of Louisiana. Located within East Baton Rouge Parish, the ZCSB serves 5,600 students in 7 schools with 650 employees. It has an annual operating budget of approximately $60,000,000. 

Qualifications:
Each applicant must meet or exceed as of the date of application the qualifications for superintendent listed in Bulletin 746, Louisiana Standards for State Certification of School Personnel.

Applications must be completed, signed, and delivered as outlined below to be considered.

Deadline for Applications:
All applications must be post-marked on or before March 31, 2023. Applications post-marked after that date will not be considered.

Salary:
The salary for this position is negotiable based on the experience of the applicant. The estimated salary range is $130,000-$160,000 per year.
